Services Provided

HopeFrame Productions offers filmmaking and media services, including but not limited to:

• NGO and social impact films

• Documentary filmmaking

• Podcast production

• Photography and videography

• Pre-wedding and personal films

• Concept development, filming, editing, and final delivery

Each project is defined by a separate proposal or agreement outlining the scope of work, timelines, deliverables, and fees.

Client Responsibilities

Clients working with HopeFrame Productions agree to:

• Provide accurate information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner

• Ensure that any content, logos, music, or assets supplied do not violate third-party rights

• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines

• Communicate clearly to avoid delays or misunderstandings

Payments & Billing

Fees and payment terms are defined in the project proposal or agreement

• A deposit is typically required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or delivery

• Late payments may result in paused work or additional charges

• Payments are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing

Intellectual Property

HopeFrame Productions retains ownership of creative concepts, raw footage, and working files unless otherwise agreed

• Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables as outlined in the project agreement

• HopeFrame Productions may display completed work in portfolios, showreels, or online platforms unless confidentiality is requested in advance

Confidentiality

Both HopeFrame Productions and the client agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of a project. This obligation continues even after the project is completed.

Limitation of Liability

HopeFrame Productions will perform services with reasonable care and professionalism

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as reach, funding, engagement, or impact

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, HopeFrame Productions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

• Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice

• Clients are responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date

• HopeFrame Productions may suspend or terminate services if these Terms or project agreements are breached

Changes to Terms

HopeFrame Productions may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
